  : The apartment is spacious.
  : Hosts were bad at communicating - didn't sort any issues out. Inconvenient set up with wanting to head to office to provide city tax. Need to go out of your way on your holiday to appease the hosts. Internet is only in a small corner of the apartment near the fridge - we had it for half a day then it went down - upon contacting the hosts they said they would speak to the owner who did not fix the issue for the entire trip. Also in your fee there is no cleaning included - so you need to on your final day wake up early to ensure the rubbish is taken to the boats or a 50euro fee is charged - leave some dishes in the sink - 50 euro fee. Bedding was not made up. The apartment is too much of an inconvenience to recommend and with poor management recommend even less.Also the apartment is much darker than the photographs show.

  : Aircon didn’t work, hot water kept stopping, no insect screens on the windows so we got eaten alive because it’s too hot to close the windows, tv antena is broken so no TV, wifi password in the book is wrong, washing machine is so small it’s like a child’s toy.

  : Position in the central part of Venice, apartment fully furnished, VERY VERY spacious and clean rooms, with supermarkets nearby. Plus, the apartment is on canal crossings; for our children it was nice to see (right from the window in the living room) the water taxis and the water ambulance passing by :)In the beginning, I was puzzled about how to deal with garbage (in the book they provide it is written you are charged 50 euros if garbage is left in the apartment at the end of the stay) but we had a WhatsApp number and a phone number to call and have instructions and the owner was very very pleasant!When you arrive you see no one and you have the keys in a locker on the door. that's nice because it is easy to access the flat
  : It was strange to see no one and we didn't know whether we would have had answers to our doubts. But when, e.g., the wifi was not working we called a mobile number and the owner (at least we believe he was the owner) was very nice. Maybe, my only suggestion would be that the owner or anyone else could call just to mention to the clients that they can call anytime they have problems.

  : No hot water and AC was not functioning properly. They refuse to acknowledge or provide any solution. Just deny everything
