  : Very small room, with no outside view (if you would look out the window, you would see the wall in front at a few meters ahead)

  : the location was absolutely perfect. close enough to walk to anything worth seeing but just far enough to not be overrun by tourists. the staff was very accommodating and friendly. the room was a nice size and very cozy. would 100% stay here again.

  : Clean room(minus the mozzies) with comfy bed. Great location.
  : When we first arrived at the property there was no answer on the bell (we had stated our arrival time on booking.com). As our phones didn't work due to roaming we had no way of contacting the hotel. We had to stop a stranger and use their phone to call them. The number that is on booking.com was incorrect but we eventually found another number. When we got hold of someone we were given the code and told our key was on the desk. When we got to the room the first thing we noticed was there were over 10 mosquitos flying around. There is clearly an issue in the hotel as they are all over the walls in the hall and in the breakfast room. Breakfast is very strange, it's a little bit morbid too. There's no music, everyone is sat in silence as you are watched over by the gentlemen who serves you. You are given a basket of 2 bread rolls and 4 croissants and that's it for hot food and a coffee. There is then a cupboard with a selection of sweet foods. Cakes, biscuits etc. It feels very rationed. It wouldn't be hard to just have a juice machine that you can hell yourself or a coffee machine. I also don't think it can be called a breakfast. We have travelled all over Italy and the stuff that is offered for 'breakfast' usually just comes in the room for free anyway. It is the only hotel that we've stayed in that you aren't given any water. Very very odd.

  : Easy and flexible check-in, after check out we were allowed to leave the bags, also staff was friendly.
  : It was impossible to fully cover the bathroom window with a curtains and you could see a neighbour's window which was very close.

  : Location was nice. Easy short walk to many restaurants and shopping.
  : Rock hard bed. It felt like we were sleeping on a box spring. I had read another review from someone saying when they complained of the uncomfortable beds that they were told that the property was replacing their mattresses. I trusted that review. We asked if we could change rooms for a better mattress and we were told that the mattresses were all the same. SO apparently they lied, and never replaced their mattresses. We could not sleep, 2 nights stay. The second night we asked for extra pillows. I tried sleeping on them horizontally. Didnt work great. Epic fail with this hotel. Also, we were lucky to arrive in the day time, as there was no signage. A tiny name plate on the door. The pin code didnt work. You can only enter with a key. Lucky he answered my phone call and was there within 1 min. (They operate 2 properties). I read of others arriving late at night. It would be impossible to find without google maps. Better hope you have service. Breakfast was packaged products. Packaged toast. They did bake some fresh croissants, but we wanted to go have a REAL breakfast elsewhere. ALSO, I kept the windows shut, yet killed 5 mosquitoes in our room.ALSO, no curtain for bathroom, so neighbor can see DIRECTLY into your bathroom! I felt very uncomfortable knowing a peeping Tom could be watching. (The lower half of the HUGE window did have a curtain but it was a linen type decorative see through fabric. USELESS, especially with a light on.

  : It was a quiet little place off the beaten path but still close enough to walk everywhere. Bright with big windows, and a good hot shower.
  : The beds were rock hard and quite small. The air conditioning didnt work. Breakfast was yogurt, coffee and some packaged muffins and the proprietor stood and watched us eat breakfast. He was trying to provide good service but it was a bit awkward. He also told us we could drink the tap water but we got quite ill from it. You could also hear everything, including people coming and going from the front door and talking in their room across the hall.
