  : Clearly refurbished to a high standard albeit a few years ago. Very spacious, especially by Venices normally low standards.
  : Very poor attention to maintenance. Gas wouldnt light; staff member promised to bring a proper lighter but we never saw him again. Door to freezer compartment on fridge was missing and fridge was turned up, resulting in a ruined breakfast because what we bought in the evening was frozen by the time we were ready for breakfast the following morning. Shower had black mold around the joints at its base and the door sealing was hanging off. Had the impression maybe new ownership and/or management did not live up to good standards of when apartment was first refurbished. We are regular visitors to Dorsoduro and we wont be coming to this one again, despite its being basically a nice apartment.

  : The location in quiet but close to the city center street and the views from windows were great! It was very quiet and spacious. Perfect for family. Appartment was equipped with all you need to cook your own meals if needed. The host let us leave the luggage in the rooms early morning.
  : the only thing that could have been better was shower. The water presure was rather poor. The water temperature is also really difficult to control, but this did not spoil our stay.

  : The apartment is big, 2 bedrooms, situated in very quiet are of Venice. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The main attractions are 15-20 minutes walking distance. Nice view over the rooftops of Venice. Good for couples or group of friends.
  : Could be cleaner and need some more things, like an espresso machine, table ware, glasses.

  : Location is just perfect. Spacious apartment, good use of kitchen, and fridge.
  : Shower is unpredictable. Boiler problem. Sometime we get super hot water and other times only cold, after runnning it for 10 mins. Needs some sort of fixing.

  : Great location, lovely apartment, lots of room. Easy check in procedure.
  : We had very noisy lower neighbours until past midnight. The large bed mattresses are due for an upgrade, they are quite saggy, and the shower door doesnt close so there is a lot of water on the floor after showering.
