  : The location was perfect half way between San Marco and the station. Many bars and restaurants in the area. Room was basic but clean.
  : It is a bit difficult to find and there is no reception. I did not know this when I booked my stay.

  : The bathroom was immaculate and newly done and the same for the room. No TV which is such a blessing. The location was great with a supermarket just round the corner and a American star restaurant with a lovely roof terrace overlooking the canal. We had a room right on the canal which, although very noisy if the windows are open was perfectly quiet when they were shut. Bed was fantasticly comfy.
  : We had a minor issue with plumbing with bathroom sink being full of water due to plug not coming out, but the girl on reception resolved this while we were out so no big deal. My main reservation was that we booked an apartment which was supposed to have a separate living room and sofa bed, but we were not given this. We were given a double room. Since the room was on the canal and much nicer than the so called apartment they offered instead, we accepted that, but still I felt I was paying for something that I didnt get, but I cant fault the room that we did have it was lovely

  : The location is the best as its a 15/20 minute walk from the station and very close to all attractions on a very pretty street full of shops and bars.
  : The property was so disappointing. The one booked online with the photos that showed the room was NOT IT. The bedroom had no windows (small 6inch high windows up close to the ceiling that let in no light) so if you are claustrophobic or have a fear of being buried, this bedroom is NOT the one. It was like being underground.The tv only had 2 channels that worked. The bed was 2 single spring beds pushed together. The shower head leaked everywhere and the toilet was disturbingly stained. YELLOWISH BROWN was the only way to describe that toilet. The bathroom size itself was tiny and my husband being 6ft2 did not appreciate the hunched over showers. We had nowhere near enough toiletries for 3 nights and the room wasnt cleaned even once. No one was around when we needed more toilet paper so we had to go looking through the cleaning closets by ourselves for supplies. The booking ad said the room provided with a kettle and a selection of the basic tea and coffee - not true there was no such facility provided. Very disappointing as it really put a downer on the day having to go back to that box room. Horrid - avoid, avoid, avoid.

  : The bed was very comfortable and an amazing view of the canal. Very spacious and felt secure.
  : There was obvious signs of age, from the broken toilet seat to the paint flaking off the walls.
