  : staff attitude. we had a problem with the gas and we wanted to cook some dinner. just wanted some telephone support from the host, she didnt pick up the phone . we had to eat outside despite buying all ingredients. the host came next day at 2 pm for no reason and threatened us 20 euro damage charge for disturbing her last night. also we went out in the afternoon and when we returned in the evening we saw the apartment door open and everything in the toilet was open with many tools. we were having a very unsafe feeling till a plumber suddenly entered the apartment and said he had no clue we were staying there
