  : Amazing terrace. Perfect location
  : Appartement smells badly and furniture is very old in many parts. Not up to the price.... bath is modern though. As the view is spectacular I would still book it again.

  : The location is fantastic with great views from the front terrace overlooking the Rialto Bridge. The check in was very easy and the hosts were very flexible on meeting time and check in times. Having two terraces back and front meant sun from morning until late evening.
  : For the price the furnishings are very basic and shabby. Broken old furniture on one of the terraces. Just generally needs a revamp and it would be an amazing property. If there were 6 people staying I suppose it would still be good value for money (though 2 people would be in the sittingroom on a pullout bed) but for two of us I feel it was overpriced considering the decor and furniture.

  : Chiara met us at the San Silvestro ferry stop where our water taxi dropped us off to guide us to the apartment and provide us an introduction and overview. The apartment location was superb! And the penthouse terrace overlooking the Grand Canal was amazing! Breakfast on the terrace each morning was a wonderful way to start each day and there were plenty of restaurants and bars from which to buy delicious coffees and breakfast foods. The terrace provided an incredible view overlooking the Rialto Bridge, Duomos and the bell towers throughout Venice. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating during our visit from the moment we arrived until our departure, even assisting with the delivery of our delayed baggage! We highly recommend the apartment when in Venice and will definitely stay here again when we return.
  : The beds were not as comfortable as they could have been and the furnishings were basic but functional.

  : The apartment is on the 5th floor and the views are really breathtaking. Eating dinner on the terrace overlooking the Grand Canal is beautiful. Ernst our host was very nice, very helpful and easy to talk to. So check-in and Check-out was comfortably easy! The apartment has everything you need and doesn’t lack anything important. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
  : The bathroom smells sometimes. This might be a problem of the water pipes which you cannot blame the renters for. The air ventilation in the bathroom is pretty good, so you put in on and the smell almost disappears.

  : Location, location, location! This was a fully equipped apartment with dishes, fridge and microwave. They also had an Italian coffee pot with coffee to try out! Rooms were cosy but extra blankets were also available if you got cold. Gorgeous views that we all enjoyed. Our guide took the time to explain everything to us before he left. Would book again.
  : The bathroom stunk a lot and we could not figure out why.

  : The views from the terraces were amazing (one facing the Grand Canal and another facing North West from the master bedroom). The apartment is very spacious and bright with lots of space. A direct lift in to the apartment is super helpful if you have suitcases. The kitchen is very bright with amazing views of the roof tops of Venice. There are awnings which can be extended out on both terraces if you prefer the shade. The agents looking after the property are lovely and super responsive via WhatsApp.
  : The bedroom and bathroom windows have a constant smell of the restaurant kitchens downstairs so you cant really use them to change the air. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans which do not work on an induction stove so they provide a piece of metal to place between the non-induction pans and the stove but it won’t even boil a pot of hot water for pasta. There was no washing machine at the time we stayed as it was broken and needed replacing. The split type air conditioner’s condenser is on the main terrace itself dripping water right across the terrace leaving a constant puddle.
