: It wasnt where shown in picture. It was an unlabelled property around the corner. Felt like staff accommodation. Rickety staircase in room blocked the end of the bed, so movement around room was difficult. Drooping flowers in window box which we rescued. Both of us bitten very badly all over body. Did sleep with window open so not sure if flying insects or bed bugs

: We started poorly with a porter taking us down a small secluded alley to a place that had no lobby. Not at all like it appeared on the website. Our shower didn't even have a shower head - for $300 a night? and didn't drain properly. I cut my showers short because I was afraid the water would spill over the lip. The bed was like a rock. It was without question the noisiet hotel I've eer stayed at. Every noise in the hallways seemed amplified tenfold. We heard the water running from the guests upstairs. Not at all what we had hoped for.

: The location was the best and really only redeeming quality of the hotel.
: We were not in a hotel. We were put in a building separate from the hotel. So no lobby. No desk clerk, and really no security beyond the locked door accessed from a very narrow dark, and scary alley. The room had a loft with staircase with a sign saying to stay off the stairs. The stairs were about a foot from end of bed making it nearly impossible to cross to the other side of the bed without banging into the stairs.

: The room was incredibly hot because the air conditioning was not turned on yet. So, we eventually had to open the windows (lights off). This let in dozens and dozens of biting bugs. The walls had blood smears where other guests killed these bugs.
