  : The location was right in the centre pretty much and all major streets easily accessible and a short walking distance!
  : The windows were really thin and you could hear people passing in the street clear as day. Some of the electrical sockets need refitting as another guest used bathroom hairdryer and it dislodged entirely from the wall.

  : The rented "room" is simply the kitchen of an normal Venetian appartement - which gives you, thats the positive, a good insight in the semidark, humid and noisy living conditions a lot of Venetians have to live with, IF they still live in the old city .... In this kitchen they put a bed and a much to big table, so that you can not move. The internet is a desaster, if there are more than two persons working with it - and the apartement has three rooms to rent ... And all this for a price, for which you could live in Venice before the Corona-Crisis in a very good hotel ... the best is the site, which is gorgeous ...

  : On the day I started staying at the Maison d Ax hotel, I did not have information for self service. No one contacted me on the phone number listed, it could only be communicated by messages via Watsapp. However, for this activity I needed to connect to WiFi, which was not possible yet, since I did not have information about the network. I was helped by the lady from the next room who entered the hotel where I have already been for 1 hour. She stood and waited. When I got accommodated, I found that when I open the windows, there is work going on and there is dirty building scaffolding, scaffolding. The smell of dirt, the heat in the room, a lot of mosquitoes and the air conditioning hummed terribly. Worst of all, 5 Ukrainians, fetched and drunk who wanted to knock out my room door, violently entered the hotel the

  : Easy and clear instructions to obtain the key. The bathroom was really clean. the location was very central and convinent to talk to everything

  : VERY DIRTY, abandoned.I arrived at noon in the summer, with a deathly heat and the air conditioning did not work and the windows could not be opened because the façade was under renovations. I asked for my money back for being a scam and also unhealthy and they didn't want to give my money back.After a lot of hassle and unsuccessful negotiations on the phone (lost two hours of my time), I had to find another hotel (this cost me another two hours) and pay double for my stay.I do not recommend at all.

  : It is located in the center, close to San Marco's and is good for a city break, not a very long holiday, as having a shared bathroom for 3 rooms is not very easy and clean.
  : I think some more measures should be taken on the mosquitoes problem, being an area with increased humidity, mosquitoes are so many and you can not sleep because of them.
