  : Very comfortable hotel, beautifully located on the Grand Canal. We loved the buzz of the activities on the water and in the campo.
  : It would have been fun to have our breakfast outdoors on the canal without paying a fee!

  : The location is great, in central Venice near the Rialto bridge and directly overlooking the Grand Canal. The hotel is a beautiful old grand building and the rooms are large and quiet.
  : It is a four star hotel but it doesnt have four star facilities. There is no restaurant or room service and there is a bar but it wasnt open once when we stayed in October. The staff are very pleasant but the service is not what I would expect in a four star hotel. For example, refusing to open the roof terrace so we could have a look at the view. Maybe there was a good reason for this but they didnt tell us. Telling us the bar was closed at 7pm. Not telling us about the 45 euro city tax until we checked out and then only accepting payment in cash.
