  : Close to the train station. Nice fluffy towels. Easy check in.
  : Bathroom - no ventilation, bad smell, shower not clean. Thin walls, very loud neighbours and street noise.

  : Although the property is not manned, the staff are very responsive online and allowed us to store our luggage after our check out in the hallway (although we bore full responsibility of course). The location is good, about a 20 min walk from St Marks and a few mins from the tram stop. The benefit of staying in Venice over Mestre is that you can stay out much later and avoid the day crowds. The room is very clean and the bathroom, while small, is perfect for a short stay.
  : Walls are thin so it can get quite loud so my advice would be to bring a pair of ear plugs and you will be fine.

  : Great location and nice big room with amazing AC! Bedroom was very nice.
  : Bathroom could use a bit of a deep clean but otherwise everything else was very clean and tidy.

  : This is not a B&B. 0 attention to details. They didn’t have a kettle (which was mentioned in the facilities). After requesting one, they offered to bring it the next day after 9 am (which was late for us to use). We came back to our room at night and… the kettle was there. That means they entered to our room without letting us know or prior authorisation. The toilet seat was broken. Shower was not very clean. Not even a chair or desk. We just wanted to leave but knew that it wasn’t going to be easy to find another room with short notice.
