  : Location fantastic. Close to railway connection, short walk to water taxis etc. As we only had one night we did not spend much time in the flat. But it had everything to keep you comfortable.
  : Perhaps at least on decent double bed would be more comfortable.

  : No shampoo, bodywash in the apartment. No any items to tell that in advance. Furniture is poor n the beds are really small. One of bedroom without air conditioning

  : It was close to the train station.
  : Arriving at this property, we were very disappointed. We were only in Venice for a limited time and landed in Venice after a 30 hour + flight from New Zealand. We wanted to drop off our bags when we landed so we can explore the city. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so as they were unable to let us drop off the bags till 11:30. The person we were communicating with would reply at 1am the previous night, which I feel is very unprofessional. When in contact, I told her we had a tour we had to attend, and she said she would try between 11-11:30. She arrived at 11:45 - very unacceptable. The issue isn’t the fact that we were unable to come into the property, it was the point that the person we were in contact with would say between 11-11:30 and was late. If they had originally told us, no sorry - no check in until 3pm but you can store your bags at lockers downstairs - I would be much happier as my time is not wasted. The property itself is very expensive for a 5 single bed in an old property. The floors are very dirty - you must wear shoes inside and one light bulb not working. The duvet is also old and not clean. It is a good location but busy and noisy street with a bar just downstairs. I would not recommend this property at all - to families or anyone who is in Venice for a short period of time due to uncomfortable beds and the service we received.

  : Absolutely loved the woman cleaning the unit between guests. She allowed us to drop our bags early and let us use the facilities after a long journey. She was too kind!! Made the difficulty with finding the unit all ok.
  : When I arrived it was difficult to find because there was a construction set directly in front of the doors. It would have been good to have that communicated.
