  : Location was very good. The staff was very friendly, until when we had to leave / didn't realize we had to give them our itinerary of when we were leaving. There is a tourist tax, which we didn't know about either which was why they weren't happy with us leaving early in the AM to catch our flight because we wouldn't have been able to pay the tourist tax, which was 12€.
  : The shower was awful, there was this curtain on the window that just stuck to you the entire time when you tried to shower. Just didn't feel clean in the room, it was very outdated, the breakfast wasn't good other than the cappuccino / coffee, and fruit. The key they give you with the room number is huge, not easy to just carry around. No good view of Venice out the windows, and a decent amount of mosquitos in our room... we were here for 3 nights, and learned Venice should be a day trip.. and paying $600+ to stay here was entirely overpriced.. no idea why this was rated so high..

  : Quiet location away from the crowds - yet close to important sites and to bus and train station. Lovely breakfast terrace.

  : The location was great and really comfortable; the balcony/terrace where you can have breakfast is so cozy and chill; all staff is nice and welcoming
  : Not that it’s a huge issue but the shower cabin was a bit small

  : Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom nice too. Breakfast was simple and absolutely sufficient on a very pretty roof terrace. The location is great for accessing all parts of Venice . If we go back to Venice we would return to this little B&B.

  : Great spot. Cute breakfast area, good morning breakfast and coffee. Very kind to upgrade us so had a gorgeous patio.Beds were comfortable.
  : Fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Was very warm even with 2 AC units running but more or less unavoidable with the heat wave.
