  : The location was excellent and centrally around good restaurants.
  : Not responsive. We sent a message the night we arrived as the heater was off, and we had no idea how to turn it on. We have no response until maybe tomorrow. Even after we figured out how to turn on the heater, there were 2 days without heat. There was hardly any reception presence during our 5 nights stay.There is no elevator and lots of stairs, even after getting into the room. The room is super small, and there was no space for luggage. There's no table to do any assignment or work. The bathroom is so small that you could barely turn around. It's worse than a cruise bathroom. The bed was so uncomfortable, we actually got backache.

  : Gianluca and Federica are one of a kind people! They were helpful and guest-oriented, the flat was enough for a couple of nights, it was easily accessable.
