  : Property is well located
  : First of all there is no staff at the property. No one to see you, receive you with a welcome and to physically hand you the keys. We arrived late at night as our flight was delayed. We got there to be received with a piece of paper on the door to contact them via WhatsApp to check in. The mobile numbers given worked but nobody answered the phones. After trying more than 20 times to get through we eventually gave up. We were told by other guests staying there that they would tell you what room you were in after you send them a copy of your photo ID. First of all, Id like to know who Im sending my photo ID to, secondly that process should be done on a face to face basis. We didnt bother, we decided to try and find out what room we were in by trying the door handles, disturbing other guests in the process, until there was a door that was open. No one bothered to call back or text back to find out if we were ok. The room was small with a double bed, small shower room with the basics. Bring your own shampoo and soap as what they supply is inadequate. But comfortable enough for the night. Make sure that the windows in the room are closed otherwise youre going to get mosquitoes coming in. Small TV above the toilet door but no remote control available.

  : The location is good. In general I love Dorsoduro the most and we have been to all the sestieres. The room is OK, it had everything we needed. It was clean, it had a private bathroom ( most of the hotels and guesthouses i was checking had shared bathroom which was not ok for us), good douche, very good wi-fi. The great thing was the late check in (we arrived at midnight and were able to self check in). The person we contacted on whatsapp was answering very fast and we solved couple of problems easily. The cleaning of the room was almost every day, which means taking out the trash and making the bed. In general if you look for a simple, clean place to sleep , take a shower and run to explore Venice - this place is for you. If you need a place to pamper yourself you have to look for smth else :)
  : Would be great to have couple of glasses in the room and a bottle of water for those who arrive very late:) .
