  : Nothing we didnt like but we should have looked in to the late check in fees prior to booking. due to delayed flight it was expensive.

  : location was good - food shop, cafes and bars right outside of the apartment. Tiny but cozy.
  : AC doesnt work!!! and it gets really hot during summer months , so nothing to breath. If you do decide to open the windows mosquitos will literally eat you alive. (I had really bad, allergic reaction to bites, so I felt a lot of discomfort)

Location - was perfect as was a short walk from the main square which meant you get to stay in a quieter area that had amazing local restaurants and a couple grocery shops and a fresh fruit and vegetables stand. Everyone we met in this area were friendnly and welcoming so we felt very safe staying here.2. Host - the lady that met us and showed us to our apartment was amazing and lovely! She spent the time to help us with planning our transport as the water bus system in Venice can look a bit confusing. She was very attentive and helpful and stayed in contact over WhatsApp incase we needed anything.3. Affordable - this cosy apartment is a bargain! I read a few of the reviews complaining about the price which is crazy! You get a lovely room with gorgeous wooden beams on the ceiling and a good sized shower room and toilet and a small kitchen to allow you to eat in too. The kitchen has most things you would need, 2 electric hobs, fridge, a good selection or pots and pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, coffee machine, kettle, ect.4. The bed - probably the comfiest bed I've slept in! Great night sleep! It can get quite hot in the apartment during the night however but we were provided with thin sheets along with a duvet.
  : 1. The only main negative would be the smell that comes through the toilets vent, which although it cant be helped the host does provide air fresheners and other sented things in the bathroom that do mostly cover/get rid of the smell.
