  : We loved the apartment. It was warm, cosy and clean. Kitchen was well-equipped and the owner was very nice.The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but easy walking-distance from the main sights of the city

  : The flat is pretty, with comfy beds, nice decoration and friendly hosts. The location is great, close to the center, yet in a very calm and quiet area.
  : The doorways are very low so if you're above average height, you're at a risk of bumping your head when going from one room to another.

  : The apartment was really clean and nice. Everything you would need was there. The bed was comfortable, appliances working and on the first floor.
  : The staff were inhumane and rude. I didn’t know that it only accepts cash, so I had to exchange my USD into euros. I didn’t know that exchange offices in venice are thieves when it comes to exchanging. I explained to the lady that I need to exchange but I am having problems. She said that she would take USD but charge extra. On the day we agreed to meet, I made my best to get her the money in euro. I asked my sisters to transfer me money via western union but I walked an hour to the office beside the rail and they refused to give me the transfer because they said I need a fiscal code. I felt devastated and I started crying. I wanted to do my best to get the lady the money in euro. I then went to meet her and told her what happened then said I have USD so I can give her USD with a bit extra as we agreed. She went mad and we were standing beside an exchange office beside rialto bridge. She wanted me to exchange and give her in euro. The money is equivalent to 2O5$ but the exchange office wanted 275$ to give me the same amount in euro, about 75$ commission and fees. The lady didn’t care she wanted the money anyway. I was very calm trying to explain, then she said she will call the police! Her reaction was really ignorant, uncivilised and inhumane. The exchange agent which happens to be a western union agent heard the dispute and he agreed to give me the transfer. Initially he refused because he said he didn’t have enough money in the counter. If the agent didn’t help I have no idea what would have happened. She started asking me how come I don’t have euro, how do I spend money how come I don’t have a visa. She even looked up my wallet, saw a visa card and said that I can use an atm machine to take money out of the visa card. I showed her that this is a fifty dollar visa card. She was really irrational and inhumane. I am really speechless. One day someone will treat her kids the same way she treated others...

  : Place spotless clean, owners very kind and helpful. Even received some pointers on a good restaurant close by.All in all great quality for the price. Location also pretty good - few mins walk to Arsenal and Biennale, about 20 mins to St Marco, 7 mins to good convenience store.

  : It isn’t that I didn’t like but I prefer that soap, shower gels, shampoos would be available.
