  : Location is very very good, a not too long walk from several interest places in Venice. The room is spacious, there is a mini fridge and a kettle and there was water and tea available for us. :) The hosts let us keep our luggage in the guest house, which really helped us! Recommend!
  : The building has a weird, empty feel. You can hear noises from other rooms and corridor. Decor in the room is a tiny bit lacking with overly dark colors.

  : Very well located. It doesn't have a 24hrs reception but we got the phone number of the person in charge who was very helpful and kind. Great value for money. Clean spacious room. Good view of Venice.

  : The hotel was hard to find at first and the entrance to the hotel is quite shady, more like a basement of an old building.

  : It”s close to main attractions and the staff were helpful.
  : I was too disgusted! I expected a hotel with a canal view, as shown on the photo. It was the reason why I chose this hotel. I even requested a room with a canal view but we were given a room in the attic where you can only see rusty roofs. The room was freezing and we had a hard time trying to figure out how to turn on the heater, tried all settings but didn’t work. It would have been a great help if they turned on the heater when we checked in. Both me and my son got sick with flu for more than a week as a result of staying there. The entrance to the property was scary especially if you come in at night, too dark and you can stumble climbing up the stairs as no lift. I find the price too expensive!

  : Everything was perfect! The room had canal view and it was comfortable. Moreover, the hostess was professional, very friendly and on our leaving day she allowed us to leave our luggages in the hotel until our departure time. Great vfm choice.

  : Great location, very comfortable and an amazing view (at least the room we had). Right on one of the canals. Excellent value for money compared to some of the other crazy prices around in Venice.
  : A bit difficult to find, but no problem once you know where it is.
