  : The front desk staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. Our group had two rooms and one was much better than the other.
  : Our room smelled of sewer gas the entire time. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times and just hold our breath when we went in there. We never asked for a different room because our children were in an adjacent room and we wanted to stay near them. But this cannot be something they are not aware of.

  : We got a free upgrade when we arrived which was very appreciated. The hotel is very close to the railway station and waterbus stations. The staff are fabulously friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean.
  : I felt that the price, compared to other stays in Italy, was inflated for the type of accommodation. The facilities are relatively basic for a 3 star.

  : how close it is to the train station so when arriving is not difficult to get there with the suitcases.
  : was not the exact hotel that I booked but when we asked they told us that it was but they haven’t change the name. for me looked different than the pictures but same average room anyway

  : Location was nice. Close to public transport.
  : I booked a stay with a private bathroom but when I woke up, the bathroom had clearly been used by someone else. When I tried to complain about this, first they didn’t even log my complain until I complained a second time. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they started arguing with me and telling me that it’s not possible for someone else to use my bathroom. I had to show them pictures of the room with someone else’s belonging for them to believe me. They then offered a complimentary breakfast which was useless for me because I was leaving before then. They did nothing to make it right and instead just told me to complain online.
