  : -Outstanding hosts. They will recommend the best restaurants so you don't end up in tourist traps, they will give tips on what to visit off the beaten path, and are all around very helpful and accessible people! Cannot stress it enough, the B&B itself is not the most luxurious, but the owners take it to another level. They will add value to your trip to Venice. -Breakfast was good. Our B&B couldn't serve anything on location due to COVID so they made arrangements at a local pastry shop. It was right by the water, has friendly staff, and it serves excellent coffee :-) -Good location, not in the middle of the crowds but close enough to the main sights so you can easily walk there (or take the vaporetto, closest stop is a 2m walk).
  : Not the best sound isolation, my girlfriend didn't mind, but bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper like me.

  : Andrea was so warm and welcoming (as was Pila his 13 yo wire haired Jack Russell). When we arrived he showed us everything we’d need as well as a hand noted map of the city with some recommendations which was very kind. The room was lovely and breakfast every morning was cozy and delicious. We loved the location — quiet via in a less touristy area which felt more residential, but still super close to the vaporetto and other restaurants.

  : You can only access the room through a rather long staircase, but it is not much of a problem because the staff will gladly help you with your luggage.
