  : The location is nice. It was quiet and easy to get there. The appartment had all the necessary equipment.
  : It was not very clean, especially the bathroom.

  : Very nice appartement, exactly as advertised. Big family table to eat, work, play... Super calm at night, although being close to a pretty lively neighborhood. Groceries, caffe, pizzeria, osteria, baccaro, you name it, loads of attractive places closeby. And so cool to open the shades in the morning and have the view on the canal.We were allowed to let our luggage in for a couple hours after check out, very much appreciated.
  : The place was clean overall, but the floor wasn't, not to our standard at least. The thing is, being a swiss-japanese familiy, we remove our shoes right at the entrance, so a clean floor might mean something different to us. To make it quick, I decided not to complain (swiss, again :) ) and to use the broom, and then the vacuum cleaner, but after many customers have probaby walked around with shoes on (it's a wild world), it wasn't enough. Other than that, it was impeccable.

  : It's a modern apartment in a really good location directly in Venice.The check-in was possible late in the evening, the owner was really friendly and professional.Everything was as expected, even better, the apartment is much brighter than on the pictures :-)
  : Mosquitos, but that is not the apartment's fault :-)Be careful when opening the windows the apartment is close to a canal (shouldn't be a surprise in Venice :-) )

  : Great apartment in Venice! The hosts are very organized with email instructions, and always available through message. I would definitely stay there again if I come back to Venice
